Booking & Payment
How do I book a package?
Simply browse our packages, select your preferred option, choose your dates and number of travelers, and complete the secure checkout. You'll receive instant email confirmation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and bank transfer. All payments are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
Do I need to pay the full amount upfront?
For most packages, we require a 30% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days before your departure.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. We are PCI DSS compliant and use industry-standard encryption. We never store your card details on our servers.
Can I book on behalf of someone else?
Yes. You can book for friends or family members. Simply enter their details as the traveler information during checkout.
Cancellation & Refunds
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 30+ days before departure receive a full refund minus a 5% admin fee. 15–29 days: 50% refund. Under 14 days: non-refundable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Can I change my travel dates?
Date changes are subject to availability and may incur a change fee of up to $75 per person, depending on how close the change is to the departure date.
What happens if Journeo cancels my trip?
In the rare event we cancel, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook on alternative dates at the same price.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Packages & Itineraries
Can I customise a package?
Yes! All our packages can be tailored. Contact our team or use the custom trip enquiry form and we'll build a bespoke itinerary just for you.
Are flights included in the packages?
Some packages include return flights; others are land-only. This is clearly stated on each package page. We can arrange flights separately on request.
What is the maximum group size?
Our standard group tours have a maximum of 12 travelers. For private groups or larger parties, we offer dedicated group travel services.
Are there age restrictions on tours?
Most packages are suitable for all ages. Some adventure tours (e.g. trekking, safari) have minimum age requirements, which are listed on the package detail page.
Visas & Documentation
Do I need a visa?
Visa requirements vary by destination and your nationality. We provide guidance on what's needed, but it's your responsibility to secure the correct documentation.
Will Journeo help with visa applications?
We provide visa guidance and support letters where required. For full visa assistance, we partner with a specialist visa service.
What documents do I need to travel?
A valid passport (typically 6+ months validity), any required visas, your booking confirmation, and travel insurance documents.
On-Trip Support
What support is available during my trip?
Our 24/7 emergency support line is available to all active travelers. You'll receive the number in your pre-departure documentation.
What if something goes wrong during my trip?
Call our emergency line immediately. We have local partners in every destination who can assist with medical emergencies, lost documents, and other issues.
Is travel insurance included?
Travel insurance is not included but is strongly recommended. We can arrange comprehensive travel insurance through our partner providers.
